Front Desk Officer

Location: Bahria Enclave


  • Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
  • Greet and welcome guests an clients
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
  • File important documents and keep them well organized
  • Responsible for making a good impression and improving reputation. 
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
  • Able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
