Front Desk Officer
Location: Bahria Enclave
- Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
- Greet and welcome guests an clients
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
- File important documents and keep them well organized
- Responsible for making a good impression and improving reputation.
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
- Able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
- Customer service orientation
