• As part of the collaboration, Zem Builders will serve as a sponsor for events organized by Roots International Schools and Colleges. This sponsorship can include financial support, resources, or other forms of assistance to help make these events successful. By sponsoring these events, Zem Builders demonstrates their commitment to education and supports the initiatives of Roots International Schools and Colleges, further strengthening the partnership between the two organizations

• Pharmacy, Medical/surgical consumables and supplies are charged as per actual pricing.
• Surgical packages are already discounted by defining inclusions/ exclusions and hospitalization days. In case of any complication and/ or extended length of stay, the packaged bill is transformed into an open bill (actual expense).

• Khaaba will offer 20% discounts to the ZEM Builders community. Discount will be offered upon proof of employment for ZEM Builders Employees.

Discounted services to ZEM community: Islamabadians will provide social media reach by posting 6 reels 4 stories and 4 posts in a month, ensuring their access to social media and give maximum reach on every social platform.

• Islamabadians will be on retainer ship of Rs 100,000 per month from ZEM Builders community
